The villa is situated in the Hamlets, a small gated community of 50 houses. It is just off Highway 192 in Kissimmiee, Florida.
Highway 192 has an abundance of restaurants, dinner theatres, shops, flea markets, crazy golf and much more. Just a couple of miles away is Old Town with it's quirky specialist shops and amusements.
The villa is just 6 miles from Disney World, with Universal Studios and Sea World also nearby. Kenndy Space Centre and the Atlantic coast with beautiful sandy beaches are just an hour's drive away.
The villa is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer with ice making compartment, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee perculator and waste disposal unit. There is also a utility cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble drier.
It has a heated pool with a privacy fence and patio with furniture. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room, fully alarmed, has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a further double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. There are cable TV's in the family room, lounge and master bedroom, with a TV and DVD player in the lounge.
